In order to make changes to the users in your practice, you must be logged in as the Practice Administrator or you must have the permission to do so. This role is assigned during the Implementation process. Click the “Administration” tab located on the left side of the screen and select “Resources.” This will open the Resources Management screen.

Note: The Resources Management screen can also be accessed by clicking the Admin icon INSYNC~1_img520 on the top of the main screen and then by clicking the Resources Management tab.
