The Physical Exam section allows you to configure findings related to the different systems. There are two ways to configure the findings: at Practice level and at Provider level. You can create your own favorite list to be used to record the findings in charting. Also the Quick List can be configured, which helps you to record the findings quickly, as all the findings can be accessed on a single page in charting.
