Once the Physical Exam quick list is configured, you can easily review all the Physical Exam items (Systems and their Findings) as they are displayed on a single page on the Physical Exam chart. In Complete List, you have to navigate into the different Systems.

To configure Quick P. Exam:

1.On the Physical Exam Configuration screen, select one or more findings and click the icon quick_List to add the findings to the Provider quick list.

*Notes:

•Click in the check box at the top of the column to select all findings listed.
•Similar to Findings, you can also create a quick list for their Descriptions (up to 4th-level findings).
