The template formats for Encounter note, consultation letter, referral letter, and lab letter are configured in this section. This template configuration helps the user to maintain uniformity throughout the application and clarity in the content. The Encounter note can be configured in 2 formats: Descriptive Format and Report Format. You can create multiple templates for Encounter notes; however, the default template configured is used to form the Encounter note in charting.
