Direct E-mail users can be configured in this section. Only the practice admin users are authorized to do this configuration. If the Direct E-mail feature is not configured in your system, you must contact the INSYNC EMR Support to enable this feature in your system.

 

Once the Direct E-mail feature is enabled, the practice administration user can use the Direct E-mail User Management screen to monitor who is accessing the Direct E-mail feature. A single Direct E-mail address can be mapped to many users. Likewise, a single user can have multiple Direct E-mail addresses.
