This section includes the detailed documentation about the application that includes recent Release Note, InSync Help File, Meaningful Use Documentation, How Tos, PM Troubleshooting Guide, EMR/PM FAQs, and Archived Release Notes.
When users click any of these links; InSync Help File, Meaningful Use, How Tos, Troubleshooting Guide, or FAQs section, system navigates to the corresponding topics in the Help file. The Archived Release Notes section includes release notes for previous versions of InSync.
From the Resource center screen:
| • | To access the help file in the new tab, click the InSync Help in the InSync PM/EMR Documentation section. |
| • | To access MU Stage-1 and Stage-2 Quick Reference Guides click the Meaningful Use link. |
| • | To understand specific workflows of InSync, users can access the How Tos section in help file clicking the How Tos link. |
| • | To access troubleshooting guide, click the Troubleshooting Guide. InSync PM Troubleshooting Guide helps you to find out the reasons for claims rejection along with providing resolution for the same. |
| • | To access PM/EMR FAQs, click the FAQs. Common queries for which users might need instant answers when working with InSync can be accessed from this section. |
| • | To view the release notes of previous versions of InSync, click the Archived Release Notes. |
