Inactivating a Staff User

The user with access rights can inactivate or reactivate an existing staff user at any point.

To inactivate a staff user:

1.On the User Management screen, click Existing User. A pop up message is displayed.
2.Click Staff. The Existing Staff screen is displayed with the list of active staff users.
3.On the Existing Staff User screen, to inactivate a staff user, click the INSYNC~1_img553icon.
4.To reactivate a staff user, select the Inactive radio button and click the INSYNC~1_img554icon.
