Practice users can associate the insurance documents along with patient insurance policy details.

To associate a document (e.g., insurance card image) with a patient insurance policy:

1.Click the “AttachDocument” link next to the insurance listing.
2.Click Browse to attach the file from computer drive.
3.Click “Attach” to attach the file. The file will now appear below under “Currently Attached Files,” along with the date and time the file was attached.
4.To preview a file, click Preview.
5.An attach_new icon next to the “AttachDocument” link indicates that file is attached to that listing.
