The Alert reports are generated with the list of alerts with responses. Certain alerts are configured for the practice, based on which the user is prompted with a response to proceed. These alerts with response can be viewed in this report. For instance, this report is useful if you want to view the alerts received due to some emergency access or clinical decision support interventions.  

1.From the left menu items, click Reports > Utilization Reports > Alerts. The Alert Report screen is displayed.
2.The following are the report filters available, based on which the report is generated:
Select the Alert Type as All, Charting, or Emergency Access from the drop-down list.
Select the User from the drop-down list.
Enter or select the Date From and To using the calendar icon.
3.Click Generate Report. The report is generated with the list of alerts based on the report filters selected.

Note: You can also click Generate Report without entering any details in the above fields. The report is generated with list of all alerts.
